Major R2X
2250 HU

PRR

Major R2X has the Rps1c resistance gene, and it has shown great field tolerance.

It is a good idea to rotate the resistance genes through fields to avoid resistant populations building up.

HEIGHT

Major R2X would be considered a medium height plant with good bottom pod clearance.

WIDTH

Major R2X is a variety that has quite a few branches and puts pods on those branches.

MATURITY

Major R2X is a 2250 HU variety. It has been maturing slightly later than Fisher R2X.

NEW THIS YEAR!

Briggs R2X
2225 HU

PRR

Briggs R2X has the Rps1c resistance gene.

HEIGHT

Briggs R2X is a little taller than Major R2X and Fisher R2X making it a great variety for harvesting. The height and standability make it a very good looking variety!

Fisher R2X
2275 HU

PRR

Fisher R2X has the Rps1k resistance gene.

HEIGHT

Fisher R2X is a medium height variety.

WIDTH

Fisher R2X has good branching characteristics.

MATURITY

Fisher R2X is a 2275 HU or 000.9 RM variety.

Mynarski R2X
2175 HU

PRR

Mynarski R2X does not have a resistance gene and we have not seen it long enough to give it a field tolerance rating. Typically it has been grown in areas that have not had a lot of soybeans in rotation, so disease pressure is far less.

HEIGHT

Mynarski R2X is a medium height variety that has been quite easy to harvest the last two years.
